Question soy flour????

hi can anyone tell me where i can buy soy flour? all i can find is soya flour in the health shops they say it is the same thing but they dont say it like they know what they are talking about lol does anyone know if it is the same thing? thanks

Smile Hiya Mal

I too wanted some advice about soya flour and have been informed that it is the same thing. I bought mine from Holland & Barretts - 99p for a 500g bag which I thought was pretty good really. I have to say I've not tried it yet though - but will get back to you when I do

hi julie thanks for your reply thats where i was holland and barrett,but i didnt feel comfortable with the staff knowing what they were talking about please do let me know how you get on with it and i will buy some and try it as well thanks again mal

May I recommend you go through the Sticky threads at the top of most of the forums.

Check out LC foods in UK supermarkets at the top of this one. It contains some great information on how, why and where other LowCarbers are purchasing all sorts of low-carb foods in UK.
