Default Lean for Life?

Hi all. Anyone every heard of Lean for Life? If so, what are the differences between it and say Protein Power. I've been using PP (the first version of the book) and have been eating 45/55 proteins/carbs and it worked like a charm. I was quite alarmed to hear that the protein in the second book SKYROCKETED in the calculations for most people to over double from the first. Anyway, I was just wondering about L for L because I was at their website and it sort of looks like you can have quite a few more carbs and I'm ALL for that.
