Question caffeine and supplements

Does anyone know if having AM coffee with supplements has any effects on their absorption and therefore their potency and benefit.

Im Interested in this subject aswell. I recently switched to doing A.M. workouts on an empty stomach. I have read [in this forum] that drinking a cup of coffee 1s thing may prevent muscle wasting? I had cut coffee out completely for awhile but have now added it back as a performance enhancing drug..lol Oh well didnt think I would make the Olympics anyway.

Depends on the supplements ... caffeine depletes Vitamin B1, inositol, biotin, potassium, and zinc.

Caffeine inhibits calcium and iron assimilation, as well as vitamin K and niacin.

Other than that, enjoy all of the perfomance enhancing and fat-burning effects of caffeine.
