Question TrainerDan or Linda or anyone who wants to answer

Thank you for the info on your site it is great by the way. I printed the apt/dorm workout and have a few ??????

One on the cardio days would you think that the Tae-Bo and Firm tapes are good. I do not have any equipment and have no access to any. I love the tapes so I thought it would be soemthing I would do. And would it be okay to do cardio 5 days aweek ( if I can get my a** out of bed)? and next if I use the firm will that mess with the other weight training in the workout, since the firm uses weights?I have dumb bells I think the weight is 3,5 and 10 lbs.I plan on starting to ride my bike with the kids, even though that will not be fast the are only 3 and 5 yrs old. I think Iam going to do the loss fat part of the nutriton, so I think for me that works out to 5 or 6 meals for a total of 1950 cals, to get my break down per meal it will look something like this 32.5 prot,32.5 carb,5fat, and 255 misc per meal based on 6 meals and the fact that I weight 195 lbs.How do I get the extra cals without adding the extra carbs and stuff or do I just count the cals in the prot and stuff to make the right equation of food?I want to start this on mon or tues once I get all the info I need together.

My first goal is to make it too 150lbs by Aug 26 my daughters b-day. Wish me luck. Thanks for the help Lynn oh befor I forget how do you do boady fat if you can not go somewhere and get it done and do not have a cap. thing? thanks again Lynn

Default the progra,

That program was designed a few years ago, and the nutrition strategy is definately NOT LC. LOL.

You can make it LC by just following your normal LC plan, and just adopting the weight training portion of the program.

As for using "the" firm as cardo, you can either skip the weights part of the tape, or, just do the motions without weight (or VERY light weights, like 2 lbs).

Using a challenging weight while doing the tapes WILL interfere with the weight training aspect of the Apartment workout.

Default yes

A CKD would work very well with the program.
