Hi, Lisa. It must be discouraging to be limited in your training.
I remember when Body Blade was the hot new fitness "toy" but I've never owned one. I watched a Body Blade video (found it via Google). Most of the demonstrations I viewed seemed to add Bodyblade resistance to other, more conventional, strength training exercises: crunches, lunges, skate moves. In that case, it wouldn't be much of an improvement for you (without knowing the exact limitation of your injury).
Yoga, Pilates, even Tai Chi (all adapted to your capabilities) can produce strength and flexibility. If you can't go to class, try a video. I've enjoyed videos from collagevideo.com for many years. Good descriptions and reviews there, and excellent service.
Good luck.
