Starting new resistance workouts, taking it slow because of a hurt left wrist.
Lifted 3 pound hand weights for arm workout for 20 minutes. Did the weight portion of 90 supreme, but not the ball or floor part because the up and down was hurting the Ganglion on my wrist too much, it is really effecting my range of motion, I need to get it removed soon!
