Default Hello...I am new.

Hello Everybody,

Well, I'm starting Atkins this coming monday (4/15/02), and I cannot tell you how excited I am. I will also be joining Curves and hopefully I will meet my goal. I hope to make friends here, receive and offer support. I'm just soooo excited, I think Atkins WOL is something that I can live with. Time will tell.

Hi there! I'm new to this site but not new to Atkins.
Atkins is the only diet ( I hate calling it that since it really is a WOL (way of life) for me now. The first few days to a week is the hardest so don't give up! Come here and post a lot. It really makes a difference and you'll meet many new friends along the way!

Post Welcome Mrs.T

You'll realy be happy that you chose this WOE and this board for support!

...the first 2 weeks (Induction) can be a bit challenging, but with all you'll be learning the time flies by. Any discomfort from changing your old eating habits will pass.

Looking forward to reading more about your progress.

Good luck!

Donald

Hello,

I joined Curves today and I'm really looking forward to getting healthy. I know that it will not happen overnight but I'm willing to work towards achieving my goal. I have been reading through the posts here and am excited because it seems that low carbing works. I will keep you posted on my progress.
