ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BE COUNTING CALORIES ON THE INDUCTION PART?? I HAVENT BEEN COUNTING CALORIES OR GRAMS OF FAT!!

As you say that you are doing Atkins, I'm going to assume that you own and have read the book. Dr Atkins doesn't require that you count anything except carbs. Many of us here in the forum do count though, but the point is mainly to be sure that we are getting adequate food.

You should be eating any time that you are hungry and eating until you are satisfied, as long as you are eating the foods specified by Dr A as acceptable for induction.

No...you do not need to count calories on this WOE as a general rule. You should be aware, though, that 60-70% of your calories at this point should be coming from fat. You can easily get a good picture of where you are on any given day by putting in what you eat at Fitday.com.
