Is there anywhere in the UK that sells LC bread or the like or anything else that is remotley LC? Have switched to soya milk for hubbies decaf drinks, but am at a loss for bread for his sandwhich packup for work. I suggested taking meats and salad, but he likes his bread!!!!

A daily sandwich with bread and Atkins doesn't quite add up Kim. There are some breads that are lowER in carb value but generally a slice of bread is between 15-25g carbs per SLICE. With two slices for your sandwich doesn't leave you any room for more carbs.

If you really must have it you could try the online lowcarb shop.

Take care.

Default LC bread

Hi, KimUK!

Fiona is right, your daily carb allowance is better taken from LC vegetables and salads. If you are on induction you'd better to keep away from any bread. But later on you can have a slice or two. I found that Heinz WeighWatchers Warburtons brown bread has only 4.7g carb per slice. That's the lowest carb content I could find in UK. You can get it at Tesco.

There was a thread on this froum about bread. You might want to read it.

Good luck!
