I use Keto shakes but would really like to make them super thick (like McDonalds). Any ideas?

McDonalds shakes are only thick because they are partially frozen. My kids have one of those drink cups that you freeze, when you pour the drink in and stir it gets thick and icy. I have tried it to make LC icecream, you'd just have to eat it when it's thick enough. Pour it into a chilled glass because it will get hard as rock before you finish it, I'm speaking from experience here.

You can also try purchasing guar gum at your local health food store.. I bought it and it's fantastic..It's a low carb thickener.

Scrap the directions on the lable, and try this:
With the 2 scoops of powder
add
Whipped Heavy Cream 4 tbl spoons
Half and Half 1 cup
Ice 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup

Blend it all togeather till the ice is gone, and is nice and thick.
