Hi Guys!!

Of course I'm thrilled!!! My jeans are loose and I'm not hungry, no temptation etc etc. BUT I'm feeling soooooo tired and weak. I live on the second floor of an apartment building, and I almost need a rest on the first floor. I am taking supplements and I'm not drinking enough water to justify an enormous loss of minerals.... dunno!! Gym of course is really hard in these conditions... have felt this way since Monday. My spinster aunt says it's because I've lost weight too fast. Is this possible??

Thanks
Silvia

PS What a result!! I'm soooooo happy!!!

Silvia, I've had the exact same experience. From reading all the comments on this daily forum, I think that's totally normal and happens to everyone. By my second week I lost 6 pounds but had NO energy and could not work out. SO, I stalled I thought and yesterday realized I had lost inches when I tried to put on my suit for work. What an incredible awesome surprise. So now I am getting my energy back at week three and was able to work out this morning. Have lost a total of 8 pounds and a dress size. Hang in there. But ofcourse if you feel really bad be careful. Jenny

Hi Silvia,

I had an energy loss too at the beginning of this woe. I expressed this also on this board and Wa'il was very helpful at letting me know about potassium. You say your taking your vitamins but I wonder if you are taking potassium? Just a thought. Other then this, hang in there, you will experience a burst of energy and feel wow, this is great

I have days where I am feeling just wonderful and days where I am just exhausted so I just caulk it down to either I have over done it on the one day of feeling wonderful, or I am not consuming the water I should. The second tends to be my downfall lately.

So hang in there you will get your energy back!

Wendy

PS. Also congratulations on the weight loss...thats great!!!

Hi everyone!

Thanks for your fast answers and your support.

I'm already feeling a little better today (just in time for the weekend heh heh) and will surely try some potassium!! I must say that I'm really lazy about my water though. So I'll just run off and drink some!!!

Bye
Silvia

Thanks for all your support! I'm feeling fine today (tough luck I have no more excuse to avoid the spring cleaning!!!). Have not lost any more weight since last week, but I'm not going up either, so I'll just hang on in there... with my returned energy I'm sure I'll be able to do some physical activity which should break the plateau...

Have a good week
Bye
Silvia
