Can anyone suggest something to mix with whey that will make it taste good? My hubby is LCing with me, but also taking whey powder to assist with his workout.

There are already a zillion posts here about homemade shakes, 'recipes' for them. Check the subject lines for "shake", and you'll see most of them have somebody volunteering their own combinations.

Adding stuff like berries (if not on Induction), yogurt, cream, ice, sweetener, coconut milk, you name it.

Default whey protein pancakes

3 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1 t splenda (or other substitute)
2Tbls vanilla whey protein
1/2 t baking powder
1 t vanilla
Microwave cc until very soft (no lumps), add eggs, mix until smooth. Add wp, sweetner, vanilla and bp. Mix until smooth. Cook on low heat on buttered frying pan.
