Question soybean seeds

I have been hearing so much in the media about soy. I bought soybean seeds in the grocery store today and sprinkled them on my salad. It was really good. But, before i start liking something i shouldn't, are soybean seeds o.k. to eat?

nutrition info. states:
1/4 cup serving
fat 12g
carbs 10g
fiber 4g
sugar 4g
protein 15g

what do you all think? is it just like eating nuts or is it better or worse?

also, a 1/4 cup is a lot so i probably would not eat that many.

I'm sure a few people eat soy, but that's an individual decision.

Try looking up soya - or soy - beans in the index of Atkins and Protein Power.
