Default Hello All

Hello Everyone I've been lurking here for a few days and finally decided it was time to come out and play.

I've been low carb-ing for over 2 years, my weight loss has been slow and then I let myself slip over Christmas and gained 14 pounds back. I am now in the process of losing that extra 14 pounds and then some. I've decided to try Body For Life, but stick with my low carb Way of Life. I know for a fact I am addicted to carbs and just can't control myself once I start eating them. This is such a great site with so much information I look forward to getting to know you all

Lori

Cool

Hi Lori, welcome to the forum.
Um, please excuse my ignorance, but where is NEPA?
Several people here combine BFL with low carbing. Have you found the BFL site during your "lurkdom?"
Continued good luck to you!

Hi Harley. Glad you decided to come out and play

The Christmas slip has felled many a low carber. Glad you're getting back on track. There are a lot of people combining BFL and low carb here -- I'm sure you'll get a lot of tips and inspiration.

Welcome! Good luck on your journey.

Hi Lori

Welcome to this forum. So you've been low carbing for 2 years now. Makes me look a newbie after 7 months. I certainly know that feeling about the weight increase over Christmas. I did the same and went up 7 pounds. Glad that that has now gone, but my progress downwards is now very slow too.

Every success for the continued downward spiral!
