Default Oops - fell off Atkins

Oh dear,
I was going so well - lost 1 1/2 stone in 6 weeks or so but gradually reverted to my high-carb eating habits. Well, actually I did find myself more restrained with carbso I must have learnt something! Anyway, today I am going back on to induction, so 2 weeks lhopefully will bring me back into line!
Thanks to all of you for the tips and support!

Thumbs up

Schnoogie

Congratulations on losing one and a half stone is six weeks. Excellent going, it took me much longer.

Sorry to hear you went off track for a fortnight, but now you are getting back to it. This is a great place for support.

As another UK resident there is limited information about low-carb diets in the press, magazines, etc and its only when you enquire deeper that you find that there are several people you know who have tried this. I found one just across the room at work!

Think positive and you will achieve great things.
