Unhappy Fats?

I know that fats are good on this WOE, but I am having a hard time telling myself that I am not eating too much. My MIL tells me everyday that I am killing myself having eggs & sausage. I guess I just need some reassurance that I am doing this okay. Here is a copy of my counts from yesterday, any input you might have would be appreciated. I am just worried that I am doing harm to myself.

Fat: 97 875 66%
Sat: 34 304 23%
Poly: 8 70 5%
Mono: 20 176 13%
Carbs: 26 79 6%
Fiber: 6 0 0%
Protein: 91 366 28%

Thanks!

My blood tests taken three months into Atkins showed an improvement in cholestrol levels from the high end of normal to the low end of normal. That's evidence enough for me. Check Ruth's journal for recent stats on blood tests as well.

Thank you Marlaine for the response. I did check out Ruth's journal & her test results are wonderful! Enough evidence that this is working and that it is totally worth it! I guess I just needed to be reassured about it. I will continue to keep eating healthy and I am starting to feel wonderful, so why shouldn't I?!

Thank you again!
