welcome, Debbie, and congratulations on your loss.
The last ten pounds takes a long time for most people to lose--six or nine months is not an uncommon report. Think of that not as frustrating but as a gift...a time to convert to maintenance eating and a true WOL mentality.
If you're craving sugar, though, I'd have to guess you're eating something that's bad for you and triggering those cravings. Artificial sweeteners? Coffee? Diet pop? LC bars/shakes?
Click on the "low carb tips" link on the orange bar toward the top of your screen for info on stalls/plateaus. Also, we have a forum for that. Change your option at the bottom of the page from the default "show posts from last 20 days" to "show all posts" and start reading...maybe you'll hear something that makes a bell go off for you.
Another possibility is that you are at your best, healthiest weight. Have you gotten your body fat % checked? If it's at 20% or so, you're done. It's easy to put on lean body mass with a LC eating program, so we can end up weighing more than we did at our slimmest but have a good deal of that weight be muscle--good news, not bad news.
