Question Did I mess up?

Last night I had hot wings for dinner...they were naked (no crust) but after I ate them I was wondering if I was right in thinking they were safe.... Please help me. I hope i didnt screw up again.

They were probably OK as long as there was no breading and the sauce had no sugar in it.
