Default i want to succeed...motivation???

Hello,
I'm in desperate need of some motivation speakers from some of you guys to get me through my battle of weight. Although it may seem weird, I cannot seem to do things all on my own, I feel as though I need people to be behind me ALL THE TIME!!!!! I believe that's the only way of succeeding with this program. I would appreciate anyone who would love to be my buddy and friend throughout our battle together. Thanks and good luck to us all!!!:-)

It is one of the ways. Let your mind go....to this scenario...

On the forum, you have the experience of many low-carbers at all different stages of low-carb experience, growth and knowledge. Being public will give the benefit of many, being private will give the benefit of only one. What if your buddy turns out to be incompatible or decides to drop out. What if a jealous competition ensues?

The support is here, and then you in turn can give support back! Just something to think about.

Karen

Cool Read some journals.

The biggest motivations I have found here lie within the virtual pages of other folks' journals.

Nothing helps me like finding that someone else is struggling with the very same problem--and nothing makes me feel better than being told *I* have been a motivator, an inspiration, whatever.

When you have time, poke around in the journal section and read the titles that catch your fancy. I wager you'll find motivation aplenty!
