Default Perrier

So...does anybody have any info on Perrier. I don't think it has any sodium, it's natural spring water, but it does have carbonation...which some groups think badly about. What does everyone think, Can I drink on every other day?

Most carbonated spring waters, and mineral waters are fine. It's club soda that can be a problem ... often bicarbonate of soda is used as the carbonating agent .. soda = sodiium.
