Exclamation help / !!

I am full of ____. ok, i screwed up a little the first couple of days by not eating my vegetables. I have since learned my lesson, started eating vegies, and increased my magnesium intake. Beacause of this, I think I will be regular once I clean my system out. what can I take right now to produce results? (without screwing up the diet at all?)

Default Drink Water!!

I don't know what drugs are OK, but the healthiest way to "speed things along" is to drown yourself in water. Good Luck!

Psyllium husks! But the results are not instant. Read Doreen's article on Intestinal health in low carb tips.

There is also the good old fashioned glycerine suppository.
