Oh yes,
If you can find pork rinds, grind them up in a blender or food processor.
Then, mix about 3/4 cup of crushed pork rinds to about 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, maybe some seasonings. Dip your porkchop in a beaten egg mixture, then into the crumbs. I fry this in Extra virgin olive oil, or butter would work too. They are fabulous.
Trust me you WILL NOT taste the pork rinds, they will taste like bread crumbs. But I will warn you to turn your stove's fan on, because cooked pork rinds don't smell very good.
