Video recommendations for klutzes?
Ok, I've bought several exercise DVDs I didn't like because they go too quickly through it, assume you can catch onto the moves really fast and don't have two left feet. I always feel like a dork trying to use those. Like I spend the first 30 seconds of each move trying to figure out what they're doing, then by the time I've almost grasped it, they've moved onto something else.
Is there anything out there that isn't so danged complicated or at least walks you through all the moves in a reference area? I Have a yoga video that has a section for every move which is great! Then once you've mastered them, you can go through their workout.
Any suggestions?
