Just started BFL
I'm only about halfway through the PP book (been doing Atkins), but Nat has already suggested to me that I increase my carbs to 40-50g while doing BFL. For me, the protein amount between Atkins and PP is about the same, but it's the added carbs that are the difference. You might go and check out Nat's log. I think she's been doing BFL for almost a month now and she's doing PP.
