Default When should I exercise after eating carbs?

If I eat a carby meal, when is a good time to exercise it off?
I want to burn the carbs before they have a chance to turn to fat...

Default confused ...

If you are on Atkins, why are you eating carby meals?

But, the answer to your question has no set answer. It is different for everyone, and exercise is more complex than "calories in/calories out" equation.

My answer would be to exercise 1 hour after that carb meal and make sure that the duration was long enough to equal the calorie burn of what you ate.

I would also follow up with morning cardio on an empty stomach the next morning for at least 20 mins.

This is by no means a scientific answer, but that is what I would do if I was in your situation.
