Smile INFO, PLEASE

I posted this and it magically disappeared. All I want to know is if there are quick on-the-go foods that are on these low-carb diets because I have no time to cook. Could someone please reply??

Default quick foods

I always have a few packets of sliced meats in the fridge and I eat these where I used to eat sandwiches, ie, lunch at work. Usually have half a cucumber or some celery with them.
Hard-boiled eggs and low-fat cheese usually do for breakfast, also eaten at work.
You can also buy portions of cooked chicken and heat or have cold. A friend of mine cooks a load of sausages each weekend and freezes them in packs of 2 - 3. He then takes them to work and they are thawed by lunchtime.
Tinned tuna can be mixed with mayo and a bought salad pretty quickly.
If you need to cook vegetables quickly, the microwave is your friend.
Hope this is the kind of thing you needed.

It did not disappear, sam. It was removed; it was a dupliate post to the one you posted in Introductions (Which you've since posted in the Kitchen forum as well ) Replies here and replies there would cause confusion as people would not have the benefit of answers that had already been posted.
