Default Disregard the Chitosan ?

I went and did a search and found out why Chitosan would not be a good idea for me right now...sorta defeats the purpose of all my LC'ing. But, How about Flax seed oil?? And is it actually an oil taken ....or like gel tabs?? Thanks again!!

Yes, flax seed oil is available as bottled oil and also in gel tabs.

I prefer the none gel, and it can be used on salads and other foods (none cooked). It tastes great, IMHO.

Now, if you want to be a real hardcore low-carber, try to drink it alone.
