Question Has anyone tried Contours Express?

I have a membership to "Fitness USA" which is a regular fitness club. However, when work is busy I don't have time to spend 2 hours there. I was thinking about Contours Express. I hear it is a fast routine like Curves, but they allow you to adjust the weight resistance as you get stronger. I think that this would be better than not exercising at all when I get so busy.

Has anyone tried Contours Express?

I am currently a member of Contours gym and like it just for that reason - the fact that the weight machines are ajustable. I used to go to Curves and although I liked it, I found that it left me wanting more, particularly the ability to increase my workout intensity by adjusting the weights if I so desired. I have been a member of Contours since February and have never looked back. It is similar to Curves in that it is a convenient workout. However, it allows for a more intense workout if that is what you are looking for.

Thanks so much for your input. I think I will call and see if I can go in for a trial workout. This sounds like something I want.

By the way, I checked out your gallery and Wow! What a difference...you looked great before and you look awesome now!

Yes, I recommend that you try Contours to see if you like it.

And thank you for your kind words also.
