Smile THANK YOU!!!!!

Thank you for all of your help with advice about the aerobics and blood pressure. It did not take 3 weeks for me to find out that not eating egg yolks and red meat would help lower my blood pressure -- it only took 3 days! I bought a home blood pressure kit and it was high for the first 3 days after I stopped eating the egg yolks and red meat, but yesterday it was down to 129/81!!! (and that was without the diuretics -- forgot to take them before I left for work yesterday)!

I also bought 2 exercise tapes, and I like them a lot! After increasing the aerobics, I lost 1 more pound, plus I know I've lost some at least fractions of inches. Last weekend I bought 2 new pair of slacks -- I only tried on the green ones and they fit, so I also picked out a pair of black ones in the same size without trying them on. Well, the black ones ran smaller, and were too tight to zip up -- until today! I'm wearing them now!

So, thanks again to all of you for your terrific advice!
