Hey, Jayburn, I'm not Karen, but I enjoyed that recipe and am familiar with the style, too.
This recipe, as stated, makes 1 very large or 2 smaller meat loaves, and the carbs are for the entire recipe. No serving sizes are specified because it all depends on how big a slice anyone wants to serve. I'd have a much smaller slice for a snack or for lunch than for dinner, for instance.
Just divide the total carb count by the number of slices you serve to get a carbs per serving measure.
