I have had it! ANY advice anyone could give me on losing the last bit of weight would be so wonderful. I have just started the Firm (Total Muscle Shaping) and have done it about 3 times. It's amazing because I have been working out for a while now, but have never felt so good after my workout! I love the Firm. But anyway, I have abs and they're hard and flat all the way to my belly button....then I have this inch and a half or so that I can pinch and when I bend over, it looks awful too. Also, my legs have gotten firm but around the top of my thigh, it's still pudgy. I don't know if I'm sobotaging myself with diet or even "overdoing" it with excersize (I'm doing the firm every other day and on the off days, I've been doing either step aerobics w/out weights or going to the gym and doing the elliptical). Also, I'm excersizing daily, but have been home for a week and this next week as well and haven't been very active other than my workouts, so is that sabotaging my efforts? Sorry, I know this is long, but there are quite a few of you that seem to know a lot and I would love some advice! Thanks!
