A really good dip..
I came up with a couple of pretty good dips by accident....
The first is good with pork rinds....
1 oz cream cheese
2tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp splenda
micro for about 10 seconds to soften and mix up. Dip your nasty smelling pork rinds in this stuff and they are actually edible!
all incredients are approximate...I never measure..
second...a dip that isn't sweet....
everything the same but double the sour cream and add some heavy cream to thin it out and instead of cinnamon and splenda add crushed garlic from the jar, salt, pepper and italian seasoning...and only micro for a second or two...just to soften things up....
I dip cucumber slices or cheese sticks in this one....
