Default Third day of low carbing it..*thyroid problem*

Hey..anyone who has lost weight with a low thyroid problem on a low carb diet?? This is my third day of low carb...and I think the only carbs iv had is the vegetables were allowed and one teaspoon of ketchup on my eggs once!...I hope i can stick to this

Default Watch the ketchup

It's got real sugar in it, major ingredient, I think (never eat the stuff, myself). White sugar is a no-no, even if it fits in your carb count.

Personally if I'm using ketchup as an ingredient in a recipe and its a lot of ketchup, then I would try to use low carb ketchup. Otherwise if it is just being used as a condiment, I don't care. I don't use that much of it that it would make any difference.
