12 Step Approach / 1 Day At A Time!
Hey Fellow LCers!
Just wandering if anyone would be interested in following the LC WOL as a food plan while incorporating a 12 step program approach to their weight loss.
This would include incorporating some daily reading of literature (12 step literature of any kind) and daily writting in journal, just to keep us accountable and also to help us share with other 12 steppers our daily struggles/victories!
All traditions of typical 12 step programs would also be respected. I thought it would be a great way to help us recover on three levels, physically, mentally and spiritually!
