Im 33 in Arizona..i hope to make new friends here and learn more about Atkins. I have been kind of stuck at 280 for months now and im frustrated...so maybe someone can give me some advice?

I too am from Arizona. I have been on Atkins since 2001 off and on also. Got to goal in June of 2002 and then gained it back through my marriage and pregnancy. This is really a great website. I have been coming here since 2002, there were alot less people here then and most of them were canadians. It is nice to see someone else from Arizona. Where are you located? Are you doing induction, or are you on OWL? Good Luck!
