Any thought on sports drinks? like gatorade...

I was just wondering if anyone had the nutritional wisdom on sports drinks. Like gatorade, powerade or the new propell fitness water?? I need to know the carbs and sugars and such on these. Dh was wanting to know.

propel has 3 carbs per 8 ounces and original gatorade has 14 carbs per 8 ounces... go to www.gatorade.com you can find the info there
