Default good news and some more questions about fitday

Well today I weighed myself and I gained a 1/2 lb but took my measurments and I had lost a 1/2 inch on both of my thunder thighs. I had pigged out over the weekend so wasn't shocked by the gain.
I do have a couple of questions. I am wondering if I may be eating too much fruits and nuts. How much does everyone else eat of fruit and nuts? I do love my pustachio nuts!
I also still have a hard time with fitday-It doesn't figure out your net carbs right? Sometimes I also there isn't the right food-so when I put it in and says it's wrong. Sometimes it's not right amount of calories. Is there a site that someone could point me to use for Fitday? Thanks

If you wanna use Fitday go to www.fitday.com

As far as how much to eat fruit and nut wise, it's up to you. Does eating a certain amount of them cause you to stall or gain, if so reduce the amount you eat.

Play with it till you figure it out. You'll get it.

I eat nuts a couple of times a week, I've found they stall me. I barely eat berries, maybe once a month.

Good luck!

I am like AFwife, I seldom eat nuts anymore because of all the salt. I have fruit about once a week though. Plums have become my favorite. I think one plum is 4 carbs. When I eat berries, I tend to keep eating and eating them until they are gone. Plums help with portion control.
