Default unfiltered sake - carb content

Does anyone happen to know the carb count for unfiltered sake? I have not been able to find any nutritional information about it on the web.

It made me get the giggles. I mean I am wondering the same thing! Funny what the typing world does with typos!

Saké is a rice based fermented alcoholic beverage.
Saké is made from four main ingredients. Rice, water, yeast and koji, which is an enzyme. Saké is very pure and clean.
I haven't been able to find the carb count on sake. I guess it's pretty rare and there aren't a lot of sake drinkers out there. But if you use the reasoning that vodka is made from potatoes, yet according to an Atkins carb counter, it has no carbs then sake should have little or no carbs. Also, according to the same carb counter, wine doesn't have have a lot of carbs. So, I would think that sake would have very little, if any, carbs.
Also, I guess it would depend on how much of it you ingest.
I'm sorry if this doesn't help much. Hopefully, there is someone out there who can give you a better answer.

I read on one sake-oreiented site that there are .5 grams of carbs per 1 oz of filtered sake - I can't imagine that the unfiltered variety could be much different. Thanks for your help.
