Default Sugar Curious

Im wounder, alright im on Induction, this is what im staying at forever, and well my Salad Dressing "3 Cheeses Dressing by Kraft" has 1 g carbs, 1 g sugar, sugar is listed as a 3rd ingredient and its not "only contains less than" ingredient, Is having 1 g of sugar a day gona stall anything?

No, probably not. It's possible that this is a 'naturally occuring' sugar which is just part of one of the ingredients.

That's why we don't have milk and carrots on Induction (or until a lot later) because they each have sugar naturally in them. Another example, orange juice has the equivalent of 26 teaspoons of sugar in 1 quart (or is it in a litre?) No one adds the sugar, that's just how the tree grows it.

Eating something with a tiny bit of sugar which ALSO has fat and/or protein will probably not have much of an impact. But do try to find products where sugar is the 4th ingredient or lower. And beware of the other names for sugar: dextrose, fructose, maltose, dextrins & more.

And keep to the serving size which may be very tiny. You can stretch this by mixing a few teaspoons of olive oil on the lettuce first, then add the bottled dressing. It makes the small serving go farther and adds NO carbs.
