I'm not using a scale or even bothering to measure. I know the minute I get a scale I will become compulsive about seeing if I'm loosing what I consider enough, just look at the various threads about scales and weight. Measuring is inexact to say the least and I always wonder if I've changed the position of the tape measure or holding it tighter or looser.
So, I'm going to keep going by dress sizes and how my clothes fit, and how I feel. I've got a ways to go and I figure I didn't gain weight over night and I won't loose it over night either, but each day I can do more physically, feel better emotionially, and look better physically.
This works for me and feels right, do what is best for you and meets your needs.
