Default Hmmm...this cheese says NO carbs...so....???

...Does that mean I can eat as much as I want? Obviously we're not talking the whole block, though sometimes it feels like I eat that much cheese. I usually only have three or five slices per day with salami or salad. Anyway, most cheese has *some* carbs in it, but this says 0...

A lot of times if it is less than one gram per serving they put 0 carbs. Also, you do not want to go over 3-4 oz of cheese per day. Some people don't have problems when they do but it can cause slowed weight loss or stalling in a lot of people.

IMHO no, you still need to watch your calories. 1oz of cheese can range from 80 to 110 calories depending upon the type of cheese you are eating. At 4oz that is 400 or so calories just in cheese alone through on top of that the other foods then your meal is approaching super size caloric numbers.

Nope... Pandora's right, if the package says that it just means that the serving size they put on the package has less than whatever the required amount is before they have to list it as more than zero.
Anything like that, I would count as .5 g carbs.
