From the article: "The bottom line is that you must 'reconsider the diet and modify it so this doesn't happen,'"

Okay, that just cracked me up! I LOVE my stinky breath!

I saw that this morning....it cracks me up. Wonder how many thousands of dollars they spent to figure this out, when any one of the members here could have told them for free?

It just seems that everytime the low carb life style is in the media, it is always about how bad it can be for you, now they are trying to tell us bad breath is a reason not to eat this way, baaaahhhh humbug to all those nay sayers is all I can say.

I am in Ketosis, as per the sticks say so.

But I asked my DH about my breath and the did not say it was bad.

So, does this happen to every one, or was he lying?
But I do admit to being an excessive brusher and water taker. Maybe that makes a difference?

HeMe2Kids - pretty sure one of the recommendations in the book is to drink more water to make the impact on your breath less since it dilutes the ketones.
