Default Question about water intake.

Does the amount of water consumed affect the ketostick reading? I assume that it does, but I just thought that I would ask anyways. I drink two gallons a day. Wouldn't that dilute the reading?

Yes it will, in fact it may even keep the sticks from showing ketosis at all, even though you may be in. Don't stop drinking as much and dehydrate yourself to get a reading on the sticks, it's just not worth it. Stick to the diet and don't worry that much about those sticks, some people never show on those, doesn't mean itls not working!
