Default A moment to give thanks to all of you.....

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for all your support, encouragement and great advice. It's been about 6 weeks with more than a fair share of discouraging and frusrating days. I know that if it hadn't been for you guys, I would have given up by now.

Weight Watchers may have their little weekly meetings but they couldn't possibly compare to all the love and support I get from you guys.

Thank you all for believing in me even on the days that I did not.

Thank YOU for being here for us.
It's all for one, and one for all. The biggest and best support group.
And I agree, much more useful than meeting weekly (and usually weakly) at WW. Cheaper, too!

Ivy

Thanks for your interest and posts on the higher fat for losing weight.

However I did notice in another thread that you said you was only eating 1200-1300 calories now... anyone should lose on that low of calories regardless of the amount of fat they eat (I know there are exceptions)...it seems to me like on that low of calories we should lose really quickly if the high fat is really boosting weight loss... I really get confused on all of this stuff, but I do know that cravings are almost non existant and I am satisfied easier when the fat content is 70% or more of my calories for the day.
