Thumbs up What's up with this ketones thing?

Hi everyone, i need help figuring out this issue with ketones....i went out and bought some strips (Bayer) but all i am showing is a trace. is that good, bad or ugly?!?!? i was feeling good until this point because i have been losing some weight but now i am worried that all this work is going no where, is it possibe for me to still be losing weight only showing a TRACE??? thanks for you input....

Trace still indicates Ketosis. Go with it!

Anything above negative means you're in ketosis. Don't worry about by how much... it's a black and white thing.

You can still be in ketosis and not spill over enough into your urine to be detected though, so don't get too worried over the strips!

As long as your in ketosis be happy about it. But be careful not to totally depend on the strips. I have the same kind and I only use them every so often. I think it was like a pack of 18 or so...not sure...but I stillhave more than half to go. And I got these back in Aug or something!!! The best way to lose for me is to keep track of what I'm eating and try to up my fat intake. That seems to keep me rolling along!
