I know what you mean!

Sadly, sweet things are pretty much verboten on induction. You are supposed to rid yourself of sweet cravings (sigh), which means you shouldn't be indulging in a lot of sweet desserts. And it's only for 2 weeks. Easy, right? Yeah, right.

I used to take a slice of cold cream cheese, sprinkle a little Splenda on it and some cinnamon, and eat it with a fork. Just don't overdo it ... you can have quite a bit of cream cheese if it fits yoru day, but don't go overboard on Splenda. One of those after dinner would satisfy my needs.

Another little cneak is a bit of Atkins syrup on some bacon. Crunchy, a bit sweet ... I still have that sometimes.
