Default Already looking forward to eating out

Hi,

I am almost through with my induction. It ends on Friday (3days from now). I am really looking forward to trying out low carb meals at restaurants. The last time I went on Atkins, there weren't as many LC options. Now that there are more, I think I can stay on Atkins indefinitely. Any feedback on different LC meals offered by some of the major food chains. Such as which ones are good, which ones you suspect may have inaccurate carb info, ones that made you gain. Oh, and most important ones that aren't allowed right after induction.

Anything? Subway, Outback (which is kinda low carb anyway), BK, Ruby Tuesdays..

I am a terrible cook and usually eat out alot. Thats why I ask.

Chilis has a low-carb menu... http://chilis.com/menu/healthymenu/makeitmine.pdf (I get the mushroom-jack fajitas over veggies)

TGIFridays has one... http://tgifridays.com/menu/atkins.htm (I love the spinach dip with veggies and the NY strip)

Berryhill has one...haven't tried this.

Lots of places are on the bandwagon.

Good luck!
Dana

Fuddruckers makes low carbing easy. They don't actually have a low carb menu, but low carb food none the less. I get a burger without bun, and when I ask they always make me a salad without the carrots. I top my burger with bacon and the veggies I want off the bar. Yum. I even ate there while on induction.

The fired-up wings at O'Charley's are awesome. I also like their black and bleu Caesar salad.

Ruby Tuesdays has ALOT of low carb meals that looked good. Plus, they have a great salad bar for $6.99!
