Default Question

Hello all

Would you consider a plan that puts you in ketosis, has 45g carbs a day, controls cravings, maintains energy and is made of nutritionally designed foods an LC plan?

Check out this link;

- some people do better at even higher carb levels. But if induction/intervention levels are ok for you (you feel good) - then start there and experiment with higher carb levels sourced from fruit and vegetables as you get closer to your goal.

I was on about a new plan I've started - Lighterlife. You replace your foods with their foodpacks - in essence taking the food away so in your group (You have cognitive therapy in same sex groups of at least 7) you're not constantly talking about what youre putting in your mouth, but more the reasons why you want to eat certain foods and the feelings behind those hungers - ie the emotion base to them. If I can change my feelings and thoughts I can change my behavior!
Been on it 4 days and have lost 10 1/2lbs )
