Lightbulb Chocolate mousse thing

Heya
I was peckish the other day and fancied something chocolatey, so I took 2 fl.oz (60ml) of thick double cream (0.8 carbs per 30 ml), mixed in 2 1/2 tsp of Cadbury cocoa powder (10 carbs per 100g!!!) and mixed it together. I ended up with a delightfully creamy and low carb chocolate mousse type thing. I experimented and if you do it in a blender (need a bit more than 2fl.oz though, about 10 is minimum so you dont lose it all) you get bubbly bits too! It gets really thick though, and you'll need a wooden spoon to help it out of the blender, but after that it's easy to divide into little snack sized dollops and stick it in the fridge (or eat a small amount and give the rest to a non low-carbing man!!!)

If you do it the mixing by spoon way, make sure all the lumps are gone as an unmixed lump of cocoa can be quite bitter
So there we go, 2 carbs per portion and only takes about a minute.

PS. Splenda can be added if you want it sweetened, but no more than a quarter of a teaspoon. Would be a bit sickly if any more was added!
