Default Effects of Wavering Ketosis

I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with playing ketosis yo-yo, going in and out every few weeks/days (not from massive carb bingeing)? Do you still lose? or does the chemical balancing nightmare play havoc with your metabolism?

Well my sticks will tell me every now and then I am not in Ketosis, but I know I am. The biggest giveaway is that I am not hungry. Sometimes the sticks don't work right. I am losing weight so even if they are right I don't care as long as I am losing.

I agree with myagenda. From what I've read here, you shouldn't put too much confidence in the stix. I've noticed myself that if I drink a large amount of water & test, the stix has barely any color at all. I also know I'm in Ketosis by the suppressed appitite & ketosis breath, even if the stix don't agree.
